About Us – Words From the Founder
The ISNation mental fitness platform, and mobile app, were born from a deeply personal journey. As a mother of two young lacrosse athletes, I witnessed the emotional and mental challenges young athletes face—on and off the field. What began as a search for answers turned into years of research, conversations, and a realization: the sports world needed something more.
ISNation is my response—a mission-driven platform built to support youth athlete wellness through mindset training, authentic connection, and tools that create real change. We lead with love, grounded in the belief that sport can be a powerful tool for transformation.
