ISNation, LLC (“ISNation,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates https://app.isnation.com/, https://www.isnation.com, and the ISNation mobile applications on Android and Apple iOS, including the ISNation Mindset for Sports mobile application, where applicable. ISNation can be contacted by mail at 7901 4th St N, #22571, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, by phone at 407-340-4051, or by email at support@weareisnation.com. This Privacy Notice describes ISNation’s information practices for the ISNation websites and mobile applications, including what personal information we collect, how we use it, with whom we may share it, and choices you may have regarding your information
- Website Visits. ISNation collects certain information from visitors to the ISNation Web Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, the home server domain name, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitor accessed, and limited information about search requests. This information is used to solve technical problems and to calculate overall usage statistics.
- Website and App Transactions. At times, ISNation may need personal information regarding a customer, user, subscriber, parent or legal guardian, coach, Ambassador, partner, or prospect. For example, to create an account, process an order, provide a subscription, operate the Sites or mobile applications, personalize a user’s experience, support account connections, or provide ISNation features, ISNation may collect information such as first and last name, age, date of birth or age range, email address, username, telephone number, billing information, payment information, gender, profile information, team or organization information, and app usage information. ISNation may also collect mental fitness, mindset, reflection, goal, progress, activity, training, check-in, mood, habit, assessment, or similar information that you choose to provide or that is generated through your use of the Sites, mobile applications, or Service. This information is used to provide, personalize, maintain, analyze, and improve the Sites, mobile applications, and Service. ISNation intends to inform users before collecting personal information through the Sites or mobile applications. If you tell us that you do not wish to have certain information used as a basis for further contact with you, ISNation will respect your wishes as required by applicable law and as described in this Privacy Notice.
- Personal Information That May Be Collected.

- Identifying Information. In order to create an account, make a purchase, download or use the ISNation mobile applications, access designated subscriber services, access restricted areas, or use certain features of the Sites or mobile applications, ISNation may request or collect personal identifying information, which may include: legal first and last name, display name, username, password, billing address, age, date of birth or age range, telephone number, email address, gender, profile image, account role, team or organization affiliation, method of payment, and, if applicable, payment card information. ISNation may also collect account profile information and user-submitted content, including photos, videos, audio, profile content, stories, testimonials, messages, comments, responses, reflections, mental fitness information, goals, progress information, app activity, and other content or information you submit, upload, create, or make available through the Sites, mobile applications, or Service. ISNation may request additional information as necessary to establish, verify, operate, secure, support, personalize, or maintain a user’s account or to provide requested features, products, or services.
- Service Quality Monitoring. Some Web site transactions may require a customer to telephone ISNation, or ISNation to call or send a text message to the customer. ISNation will not contact you by telephone without your prior consent, except to verify your email address, to confirm your registration/account creation on the ISNation Web sites and/or ISNation mobile application, to confirm an order placed online and/or to inform a customer of the status of such order. Customer should be aware that it is ISNation ‘s practice to monitor, and in some cases record such calls for staff training or quality assurance purposes.
- Information from Children. ISNation does not offer products or services for children under the age of 13, and will not collect or post information from a child under the age of 13 without the involvement of a parent or guardian. ISNation will notify the child’s parent or guardian at the e-mail address provided by the prospective customer, alerting the parent or guardian to the child’s use of the Web sites and/or ISNation mobile application and providing instructions as to how the parent or guardian can delete the child’s registration from the Web sites and/or ISNation mobile application. ISNation does not use personally identifying information collected from children under the age of 13 for marketing or promotional purposes, and does not disclose such information to any third party for any purpose whatsoever.
- Lost or Stolen Information. If a customer’s credit card and/or password is lost or stolen, the customer should promptly notify ISNation in order to enable ISNation to cancel the lost or stolen information and to update its records with a changed credit card and/or password.
Help keep your personal information accurate. If a customer’s personal information has changed, please e-mail the new information to ISNation at the e-mail address shown in Paragraph 1(a). If a customer would like to review the personal information ISNation has in its files regarding the customer, e-mail your request to ISNation together with the description of your interaction with the ISNation Web sites. - User Content, Profile Information, Connections, and Visibility. The Sites, mobile applications, or Service may allow users to submit, upload, create, share, display, or make available user content, including profile information, profile images, photos, videos, audio, stories, testimonials, messages, comments, responses, wellness or mental fitness information, goals, progress information, and other content or information (“User Content”). Some User Content and profile information may be visible to other users depending on the features you use, your account settings, your connections, your team or organization, and the nature of the Service. For example, if you use connection, team, community, coach, Ambassador, or partner-related features, your name, username, profile image, account role, team or organization affiliation, and certain profile or activity information may be visible to connected users, team members, team administrators, coaches, Ambassadors, partners, or other authorized users. If you participate in an ISNation chat room, discussion forum, bulletin board, community feature, team feature, messaging feature, connection feature, or ISNation social media account, you should be aware that information you disclose may be available to other persons inside and/or outside ISNation who have access to that feature or account. Some individual chat rooms, forums, bulletin boards, community features, team features, connection features, or social media accounts may have additional rules and conditions regarding participation. A participant’s expressed opinion is their own and should not be considered as reflecting the opinion of ISNation. You should use caution when sharing personal information or sensitive information through interactive or community features.
- Links to Other Web Sites. ISNation Web sites and/or ISNation mobile applications may contain links to other web sites. ISNation is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of those other web sites.
- Uses Made of the Information.

- Limited Uses Identified. Personal information collected by ISNation may be used for the following purposes: to create, verify, maintain, and secure user accounts; to provide, operate, personalize, and improve the Sites, mobile applications, and Service; to process purchases, subscriptions, payments, and transactions; to provide customer support; to support user connections, teams, coaches, Ambassadors, partners, and related features; to display profile information and User Content as described in this Privacy Notice; to provide wellness, mental fitness, mindset, training, goal, progress, or activity-related features; to analyze usage and performance; to conduct statistical analysis of user behavior; for product development and content improvement; to customize the content and layout of the Sites and mobile applications; for internal company reviews; to send updates, administrative messages, and service-related communications; to provide users with ISNation updates, opportunities, collaborations, and promotions where permitted by law; to protect the rights, safety, security, and integrity of ISNation, users, and others; and to comply with legal obligations.
Marketing Uses. The information you provide to the ISNation Web sites and/or ISNation mobile applications may also be collected, used, analyzed and/or processed by ISNation, or selected third parties on ISNation’s behalf, for marketing and other business purposes. Before ISNation uses the information, however, ISNation will notify customers and offer customers the opportunity opt-out if a customer wishes not to have personal identifying information used in this way. - Stored Information Uses. ISNation stores and retains the information provided by customer and the information entered on the ISNation Web sites and the ISNation mobile applications. This information is used by ISNation and/or ISNation’s agents to compile a customer’s purchase history to enable ISNation to recommend products, services, or special offers that would be of interest to a customer; to verify a registered user’s account information; to support customer interaction with the ISNation Web sites and ISNation mobile application; to deliver customer purchases; and/or to contact customers about other ISNation services and products.
- Online Advertising. Some companies that help ISNation deliver interactive on-line advertising, such as banner ads, may collect and use information about ISNation ‘s users to help ISNation better understand the types of advertising or promotions that are most appealing to ISNation ‘s users. After it is collected the information is aggregated so it is not identifiable to a specific individual. If, however, a customer would prefer that these companies not collect such information, please remove the checkmark on the opt-in option box provided during account creation.
- Limited Uses Identified. - Disclosure of the Information.

- Within Corporate Organization. ISNation is a multinational organization, with legal entities, business processes, management structures, and technical systems that cross borders. ISNation may share your personal information within the ISNation corporate organization, and may transfer the information to countries in the world where ISNation conducts business. Some countries may provide less legal protection for customer personal information.
- Mergers and Acquisitions. ISNation never shares, sells or rents your personal information without prior notice to customer and the opportunity to opt-out.
- Agents. ISNation employs or engages other companies and individuals to perform business functions on behalf of ISNation. These persons are provided with personal identifying information required to perform their functions, but are prohibited by contract from using the information for other purposes. These persons engage in a variety of functions which include, but are not limited to, providing content and services to ISNation as an ISNation Ambassador, fulfilling orders, delivering packages, removing repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments and providing customer services.
- Affiliated Businesses. ISNation works closely with affiliated businesses operating web site stores, providing services or selling products on each other’s Web sites. These businesses identify themselves to customers. Customer information related to a transaction with an affiliated business is shared with that affiliated business.
- User-Directed Sharing; Connections; Teams; Coaches; Ambassadors; Partners. ISNation may share or make available certain personal information, profile information, User Content, and activity information when you use features that are designed to connect you with other users, teams, coaches, Ambassadors, partners, organizations, or communities. For example, your name, username, profile image, account role, team or organization affiliation, and certain profile or activity information may be visible to connected users, team members, team administrators, coaches, Ambassadors, partners, or other authorized users, depending on the features you use and your account settings. User Content that you submit to public, shared, team, community, coach, Ambassador, or partner areas may be visible to the persons who have access to those areas. ISNation may also share information with coaches, Ambassadors, partners, service providers, contractors, and other authorized persons as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, personalize, improve, secure, or support the Sites, mobile applications, and Service.
- Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. ISNation reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about customers for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual customer.
- Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Under certain circumstances, personal information may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a judicial or other government subpoenas, warrants or orders.
ISNation releases personal identifying information when ISNation reasonably believes release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce ISNation agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of ISNation customers. ISNation may also release such information in an exchange of information with other companies and/or organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
- Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.

- Use of Cookies. ISNation, or its third-party vendors, collects non-identifiable and personal information through the use of various technologies, including “cookies”. A cookie is an alphanumeric identifier that a Web site can transfer to customer’s hard drive through customer’s browser. The cookie is then stored on customer’s computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the customer’s computer, but not the customer. Cookies may be sent by ISNation or its third-party vendors. Customer can set its browser to notify customer before a cookie is received, giving an opportunity to decide whether to accept the cookie. Customer may also set its browser to turn off cookies; however, some Web sites may not then work properly.A cookie is a small amount of data that is sent to customer’s browser from a Web server and is stored on the computer’s hard drive. ISNation uses non-identifying cookies to provide easier site navigation. ISNation’s Web sites can still be used if customer’s browser is set to reject cookies. ISNation’s cookies do not generate personal data, do not read personal data from your machine and are never tied to anything that could be used to identify you.
- Use of Web Beacon Technologies. ISNation may also use Web beacon or other technologies to better tailor its Web sites to provide better customer service. If these technologies are in use, when a visitor accesses these pages of the Web sites, a non-identifiable notice of that visit is generated which may be processed by ISNation or by its suppliers. Web beacons usually work in conjunction with cookies. If customer does not want cookie information to be associated with customer’s visits to these pages, customer can set its browser to turn off cookies; however, Web beacon and other technologies will still detect visits to these pages, but the notices they generate cannot be associated with other non-identifiable cookie information and are disregarded.
- Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. ISNation may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to the ISNation Web sites and ISNation mobile applications in order to provide better customer service. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on ISNation Web sites; Web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Such information is sometimes known as “clickstream data.” ISNation or its contractors may use this data to analyze trends and statistics.
- Collection of Personal Information. ISNation collects personal identifying information from customer during a transaction. ISNation may extract some personally identifying information about that transaction in a non-identifiable format and combine it with other non-identifiable information, such as clickstream data. This information is used and analyzed only at an aggregate level (not at an individual level) to help ISNation understand trends and patterns. This information is not reviewed at an individual level.

- Commitment to Online Security. ISNation uses industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving personal information. ISNation maintains security measures in its physical facility designed to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that ISNation has collected from user.
- No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. ISNation will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of customer personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, ISNation shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of ISNation including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of ISNation staff and/or third parties.
- Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.

- Changes to Privacy Policy. This Privacy Notice was last updated on March 5, 2026. ISNation reserves the right to update this Privacy Notice from time to time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law, which may include posting the updated Privacy Notice on the ISNation Sites, updating the revision date, providing notice in the ISNation mobile applications, and/or sending notice to registered users by email. Unless otherwise stated in the updated Privacy Notice or required by applicable law, changes will become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Sites, mobile applications, or Service after the updated Privacy Notice becomes effective means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Notice. If required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent before using your personal information in a materially different way. - Opt-Out Right. Customer and/or prospective customer has the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by ISNation and/or by any third parties with whom ISNation has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting ISNation via e-mail support@weareisnation.com, telephone 407-340-4051 or U.S. postal mail 7901 4th St N, #22571 St. Petersburg, FL 33702. After processing the cancellation, ISNation will delete customer or prospective customer’s personal information from its data base.
- Access Rights to Data.

- Information Maintained by ISNation. Upon customer’s request, ISNation will provide a reasonable description of customer’s personally identifiable information that ISNation maintains in its data bank. - Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. You can review and change your personal information by logging into the ISNation Websites and/or the ISNation mobile applications and visiting your account profile page. However, to prevent fraud, in order to change the username or email address associated with your account you must send us an email at support@weareisnation.com.Your California Privacy Rights. California residents may request certain information regarding ISNation’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, during the immediately preceding calendar year.
