Dr. Jonathan Furrs
PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT, CSCS, Director of Business Development
Dr. Jonathan Furrs is a Sports Physical Therapist and Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist (OCS) at Will Power PT. Treating athletes and individuals across the lifespan, he has extensive experience helping individuals perform stronger, faster, and longer to achieve their specific performance goals.
Originally from Kaiserslautern, Germany, Dr. Furrs hails from Anne Arundel County from where he completed his Undergraduate Studies at the University of Maryland, College Park obtaining his Bachelors in Kinesiology. He then went on to achieve his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore where he is an adjunct faculty member teaching the next generation of providers.
As an avid runner, soccer and tennis player, and general fitness enthusiast, Dr. Furrs is intimately familiar with how injury can impact performance. Employing dry needling as a Certified Manual Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT), having the capacity to build custom orthotics as a Vasyli Certified provider, and utilizing the latest and best evidence, Dr. Furrs is a hip, knee and ankle expert. Dr. Furrs has built a long standing relationship with clients and doctors in the greater Baltimore area.
Dr. Jon serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Medicine Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Science program and sits on the board for the CURE Scholars Program at the UMB. He is also a FIFA Medical Program Diploma Recipient.

Dr. Shannon Will
PT, DPT, CSCS, USAW, XPS, Owner of Will Power PT
Owner of Will Power PT, recognized as Baltimore’s Best Physical Therapy in 2022 and runner-up in 2023 and 2024, Dr. Will brings extensive expertise in treating professional athletes across the NFL, CFL, NBA, PLL, MLS, MLB, and MMA, as well as Division I collegiate and high school athletes. She specializes in treating overuse injuries, ACL and post-surgical rehabilitation, and managing pain during competition. This is why athletes choose Dr. Shannon for their care—and why she ultimately started her own practice.
Dr. Will serves as the Performance and Recovery Coach for Calvert Hall College Varsity Lacrosse and has collegiate coaching experience as Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for Loyola University’s Division I Men’s Lacrosse (2021–2023). She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USA Olympic Weightlifting Coach (USAW), and Sports Performance Specialist (XPS), blending manual therapy with strength and conditioning and active recovery principles to optimize athletic performance and injury prevention.
Additionally, Dr. Will is a certified pelvic physical therapist (ICE) specializing in prenatal and postpartum care, supporting women through pregnancy-related challenges such as back pain, pelvic instability, diastasis recti, and pelvic floor weakness. She is passionate about empowering women through exercise and welcomed her daughter Finley in December 2024.
Dr. Will is committed to treating the whole athlete. For some student-athletes, the psychological response to injury can unmask mental health issues. In addition to rehab, she connects club sports teams with health care professionals to benefit youth athletics. Will Power PT is the preferred PT partner of FCA Girls Club Lacrosse program. Dr. Will acts as the primary contact for FCA families at the time of injury following tournament or game play.
Dr. Will is an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland Baltimore, serves on the Notre Dame Prep Alumnae Board, Ulman Foundation Medical Board, The Hidden Opponent Medical Board and contributes to local charitable organizations including the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, One Love Foundation and Morgan's Message.
