Zack Schilawski is the assistant coach/director of player development for the Wake Forest men's soccer program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, returning to his alma mater in 2026 after previous coaching stops at Pittsburgh, UNC Wilmington, and Denver.
Before rejoining Wake Forest, Schilawski spent two seasons on the staff at Pittsburgh, where he worked closely with the attacking group as the Panthers emerged as one of the top teams in the country. Pitt won the 2024 ACC regular-season title, the first in program history, earned the No. 2 overall seed in the NCAA Tournament, reached the national quarterfinals, and went unbeaten against ranked opponents in the regular season. He also contributed to the development of multiple All-ACC players and 2025 MLS SuperDraft pick Michael Sullivan.
