Will Perry is an assistant coach for the Boston College volleyball program in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and is in his third season on the Eagles staff. He joined Boston College in summer 2022 as a volunteer assistant and was promoted to assistant coach in summer 2023.
Perry contributed to Boston College's 2022 season, which ended with the program's first postseason championship in the NIVC. His responsibilities included opponent scouting, video analysis, and on-court coaching. In 2024, he was part of a staff that led the Eagles to a 19-13 record, including an 8-10 mark in ACC play and a 7-0 start at home. That season, Julia Haggerty finished first in both the ACC and the nation with 223 total blocks and set the NCAA single-season record for blocks per set.
