Will McIntire serves as Assistant Coach for Florida Gulf Coast University's Women's Basketball (Sport Supervisor: Nicole Neal) program in Fort Myers, Florida.
Will McIntire joined the Eagles' staff in April of 2025 as an assistant coach, working with the program's forwards. McIntire came to FGCU from Rutgers, where he served as director of scouting and technology. Prior to Rutgers, he spent four seasons at the University of Iowa in several capacities with the women's basketball program, earning four Big Ten conference championships and appearing in two NCAA Division I Tournament national championship games along the way.
