Will Lukowski
Assistant Men's Soccer Coach
Will Lukowski was named Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach at Colorado Mesa University in March 2025. He arrives after serving two seasons as an assistant coach at Wofford College, where he helped lead recruiting efforts, manage camps and travel logistics, and coach the goalkeepers. Prior to Wofford, Lukowski held assistant coaching roles at the University of South Carolina, Missouri State University and the University of the Cumberlands from 2017 through 2023—during which time he contributed to Missouri State’s run to the NCAA Sweet Sixteen and a Missouri Valley Conference regular-season and tournament championship.
Lukowski graduated from Wright State University with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership. While in college, he played at Indiana University and Iowa Western Community College, where he helped lead Iowa Western to a national junior-college championship and played a pivotal role in a 42-0-1 record across his two seasons with them. In his role at Colorado Mesa, Lukowski contributes to the men’s soccer program by coaching positional units (particularly goalkeepers), assisting with recruiting, scheduling and student-athlete development, and supporting Head Coach Jon Fridal’s vision for elevated performance on and off the field.
