Will Holt is the assistant coach and high performance director for the University of Maryland field hockey program in College Park, Maryland. He joined the Terrapins' staff in March 2025 and completed his first season with the program in 2025, overseeing Maryland's attack unit.
Before arriving at Maryland, Holt spent two seasons as an assistant coach at Louisville after serving on the Indiana staff for the 2020 and 2021 seasons. At Indiana, he was part of a 2021 team that won 10 games, posted seven shutouts, earned two victories over ranked opponents, and reached the Big Ten Tournament. He previously worked at Louisville as a volunteer assistant from 2012 to 2015 while completing both his undergraduate and graduate studies there.
