Webster Bozzo
Assistant Coach
Webster Bozzo is an assistant coach for the men’s swimming and diving program at The College of New Jersey (TCNJ), where he supports head coach David Dow and the Lions’ coaching staff in developing competitive student-athletes. As part of the TCNJ men’s swimming & diving staff, Bozzo contributes to daily training, technique refinement, and competition preparation, helping the team maintain strong performances within the New Jersey Athletic Conference and at NCAA Championship meets. His role includes working closely with swimmers to improve strokes, starts, turns, and race strategy, enhancing the overall depth and success of the Lions’ squad.
Before joining the TCNJ coaching staff, Bozzo was a collegiate swimmer himself, competing most recently at Rider University where he specialized in freestyle and backstroke events. His experience as a former varsity athlete provides him with firsthand understanding of the rigors of collegiate training and competition, enabling him to relate closely to the needs and goals of current student-athletes. His contributions helped the Lions achieve notable team successes and individual conference honors, including being part of coaching staffs recognized for excellence within the conference.
