Vincent DiGaetano is the volunteer defensive and special teams quality control coach for Fordham football in Bronx, New York, and 2025 marks his sixth season in the role. He first worked with Fordham in the spring and summer of 2018 as a volunteer special teams quality control assistant before leaving to become head coach at New York Maritime, where he led the Privateers to a 7-4 record and a berth in the New England Bowl.
Before returning to Fordham, DiGaetano spent two years at Wagner College as a defensive assistant and also coached on the defensive side for several programs in the New York City area. He was the linebackers coach at Nassau Community College in 2015 after a decade on the staff at SUNY-Maritime. At SUNY-Maritime, he served as special teams coordinator from 2005-07 and defensive coordinator from 2008-14. Earlier in his career, he was defensive coordinator at DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx for four seasons and coached future NFL players Ramon Guzman and Dequan Mobley.
