Vicky Tinghitella joined the University of New Hampshire field hockey staff as an assistant coach in Durham, New Hampshire, in June 2026 after a playing and coaching career that included stops at Kent State and Maine.
Before arriving at UNH, Tinghitella served as an assistant coach at Maine for the 2025 season, when the Black Bears reached the conference semifinals. Her work there included helping plan and coach practices and games, leading warm-up, cool-down, and recovery sessions, working with goalkeepers, and assisting both penalty corner units.
