Tyler Scheving is an assistant coach for cross country and distance at the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, New York, joining the Bulls' staff in 2025 with responsibility for the distance program and men's cross country.
Before returning to UB, Scheving spent three years as head coach of cross country and track and field at Canisius University. His teams were regular top-five finishers at the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Cross Country Championships, and Canisius set 20 school records across indoor and outdoor track and field during his tenure.
