Tyler Holt is an Assistant Coach for San Diego State Baseball. Added to Kevin Vance's staff in July 2025, Holt serves as the Aztecs' hitting coach and third base coach while also assisting with baserunning and outfield defense. He previously worked with Vance at Boston College and has coaching experience at Florida State and North Florida.
Holt helped Florida State reach the 2019 College World Series and the 2021 Ole Miss Regional, and he helped Boston College tie its single-season wins record during a 2023 NCAA Regional season. A former Florida State standout, Holt was a two-time first-team All-ACC selection, played in two College World Series, was drafted by Cleveland in 2010, and appeared in 156 Major League games with Cleveland and Cincinnati.
