Tucker Durkin is an associate men's lacrosse coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he serves as associate head coach and works primarily with the Dragons' defense. He joined the Drexel staff in the summer of 2019 and was promoted to associate head coach after the 2024 season.
Durkin quickly established himself as Drexel's defensive coordinator. In 2021, the Dragons finished second in the CAA and ranked among the nation's top 25 in scoring defense, cutting nearly two goals per game from the previous season's average and holding more than half of their opponents to 10 goals or fewer. That season, Drexel won the CAA championship for the first time since 2014 and advanced to the NCAA Championships, where it limited fourth-ranked Notre Dame to 10 goals in the opening round. Drexel defenders also earned conference recognition during his tenure, including Sean Quinn and Jack Farrell. In Durkin's first season as associate head coach, Drexel held six opponents to single-digit scoring totals and kept Fairfield, the CAA's highest-scoring team, to six goals in the conference semifinals. Drexel reached the CAA championship game twice in his first five seasons on staff.
