Tucker Donati is the assistant special teams coach and special teams analyst for the West Virginia football program in Morgantown, West Virginia. He has been on the Mountaineers' staff since 2022, when he began as a graduate assistant working with special teams, and he moved into his current position in August 2024.
During his time with West Virginia's special teams unit, the Mountaineers posted strong results in several areas. In 2023, the team ranked fifth nationally in punt return defense, stood among the national leaders in blocked field goals, and returned a punt for a touchdown in the Duke's Mayo Bowl against North Carolina. In 2024, West Virginia rated well in kickoff return defense, kickoff returns, net punting, and punt return defense, while kicker Michael Hayes II ranked highly among Power Four players in field goal percentage. In 2025, kicker Kade Hensley went 10-for-12 on field goals and 31-for-32 on extra points. A Pittsburgh native, Donati earned a bachelor's degree in history from West Virginia in 2021.
