Tre' Bell serves as Assistant Coach -- Defensive Backs and Defensive Pass Game Coordinator for University of North Carolina at Charlotte's Football program in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Tre' Bell joined Charlotte’s football staff as part of head coach Tim Albin’s initial coaching staff in January 2025 as the cornerbacks coach and defensive passing game coordinator. In January 2026, he was elevated to overseeing all of the defensive backs. Prior to coming to the Queen City, Bell spent the 2024 season at West Virginia as a defensive analyst where he organized, implemented, and maintained all aspects of game analysis for the defensive coaching staff with an emphasis on the defensive secondary.
