Tony DiClemente is an assistant coach for the Towson University women's basketball team in Towson, Maryland, and the 2025-26 season is his first with the program.
DiClemente joined Towson after four seasons at Army West Point, where he spent three years as an assistant coach before being promoted to associate head coach ahead of the 2024-25 season. Army won 25 games in his final season, the second-highest total in program history, and recorded its first Division I postseason victory with a one-point win over Bryant in the WNIT. Over his four seasons, the Black Knights went 66-55 overall and 43-29 in conference play, with one Patriot League Rookie of the Year and 10 all-league honors.
