Tony da Luz is the head coach of the Wake Forest women's soccer team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, and has led the program for 29 of its 31 seasons. He has compiled a 330-204-67 record at Wake Forest and 376 career victories overall, with his win total ranking third among ACC women's soccer coaches since the conference began recognizing the sport in 1987.
Wake Forest has become a consistent NCAA Tournament team under da Luz, earning 24 tournament bids in his 29 seasons. His 2024 team produced the deepest postseason run in program history, reaching the school's second College Cup and its first appearance in the national championship match. That squad finished 16-4-4 overall, went 9-1-1 at home, and matched the best ACC finish in school history by totaling 22 conference points and placing second in the league.
