Tom Biskup is the assistant coach and recruiting coordinator for the University of Maine women's basketball program in Orono, Maine. He is in his sixth season as an assistant coach and his seventh year overall on the Black Bears staff. After joining the program as director of operations, he was elevated to assistant coach in August 2018 and added recruiting coordinator duties on July 1, 2021.
Biskup was part of Maine's America East championship staff in 2017-18 as director of operations, managing the program's daily logistics, including team travel, practice coordination, and related arrangements. As an assistant coach, he has worked closely with Maine's post players. During the 2023-24 championship season, Adrianna Smith earned America East First Team All-Conference honors and set a conference record with 22 double-doubles, after also being named America East Player of the Year the previous season.
