Todd Schaefer is an assistant coach for University of Missouri women’s basketball. He joined the Tigers in April 2025 and is listed as being in his second season with the program. Schaefer was on staff for a Missouri team that shot 77.9 percent at the foul line, the SEC’s best rate and No. 16 nationally.
The Tigers also averaged 8.5 made 3-pointers, good for fourth in the league and 30th in Division I. Grace Slaughter led the team at 18.6 points per game and moved beyond 1,000 career points during the season. Schaefer joined Harper’s Missouri staff with experience connected to Tennessee and previous stops in women’s basketball.
