Toby Lane is the Director of Operations for the University of Massachusetts Amherst men's basketball program in Amherst, Massachusetts, a position he took in June 2025. He joined UMass after serving as Director of Video Operations and Analytics at Texas.
Before Texas, Lane was Director of Basketball Operations at Wichita State in 2023-24 and Director of Operations at Arkansas Little Rock in 2022-23. His earlier experience includes stops at Tulsa, Missouri, Miami, Southeast Missouri State, Oklahoma, Central Oklahoma, and Neosho County Community College.
