Tim Koenig serves as Associate Head Men's Basketball Coach for Coastal Carolina University's Men's Basketball program in Conway, South Carolina.
Tim Koenig joined the Coastal Carolina men’s basketball coaching staff as associate head coach in April 2026, after spending the previous seven seasons as the head coach at Fairmont State, leading the program to six NCAA Division II Tournament appearances. During his seven-season tenure, Koenig compiled a 159-47 (.771) record, ranking fourth all-time at Fairmont State in total wins and second in career winning percentage. He led the Falcons to a pair of Mountain East Conference (MEC) Tournament titles (2021, 2025) and coached 19 all-conference selections.
