Tim King
Assistant Men's Lacrosse Coach
Tim King serves as the assistant men’s lacrosse coach and defensive coordinator at Flagler College, entering his fourth season in that role. Prior to joining the Saints, King built an extensive coaching résumé across junior college and NCAA Division II levels, including six years directing programs at the junior college level and another six in the Sunshine State Conference. His experience includes multiple regional and national team responsibilities. King’s earlier coaching career highlights include his appointment on January 30, 2017, as head men’s lacrosse coach at CCBC Essex in Baltimore, Maryland – his alma mater – where over three seasons he compiled a 22-18 record and achieved a national ranking as high as No. 3 in 2019.
He also served as assistant coach and defensive coordinator at Florida Institute of Technology from 2012-16, where his units set face-off records and contributed to top national offensive rankings. At Flagler, King was promoted to the program’s first full-time assistant coach in July 2022, bringing his defensive expertise, recruiting reach, and player-development focus to the Saints’ lacrosse program.
