Taylor Culp is an assistant coach for the Wake Forest women's soccer program in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, a position he joined on April 12, 2024.
In 2025, Culp was part of a Wake Forest staff that led the program to its 24th NCAA Tournament appearance. That season, Kylie Maxwell earned ACC Freshman of the Year honors and was recognized on the All-ACC Freshman Team and All-ACC Third Team, while Valentina Amaral received All-ACC Third Team recognition and Allie Flanagan was named to the All-ACC Freshman Team. Maxwell, Flanagan, Amaral, and Sierra Sythe also appeared in national rankings from TopDrawerSoccer.
