Sydney Hall was named assistant coach for East Carolina soccer on August 11, 2023. Hall's third season saw the team play to a 6-8-4 record with a 4-4-2 mark in conference play. Working primarily with the goalkeeper unit, Hall helped Olivia Dietrich to American Conference Goalkeeper of the Week honors on one occasion while helping a trio of keepers to a 1.39 goals against average for the year and a total of 80 saves made, led by Dietrich's 70.
