Susan Kim is an assistant volleyball coach at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, joining the program ahead of the 2026 season after more than 20 years of coaching experience across Division I, Division II, club, and high school volleyball.
Kim most recently served as head coach of the women's volleyball program at Le Moyne College, where she directed the team during its transition to Division I competition in the Northeast Conference and oversaw areas including budgeting, training plans, and opponent scouting. Before Le Moyne, she was associate head coach at Rider University and was part of a staff that won the 2020 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference championship and advanced to the NCAA Tournament. Rider players under that staff's watch earned honors that included AVCA All-America recognition, conference player of the year, setter of the year, and rookie of the year.
