Sulman Raza serves as an assistant coach for the Oregon State men’s golf program, contributing to the continued growth and competitiveness of the Beavers at the conference and national levels. In his role, Raza assists with player development, recruiting, and day-to-day program operations, supporting head coach Jon Reehoorn in maintaining Oregon State’s reputation for strong performances and academic success. His work focuses on refining player skills, preparing student-athletes for tournament play, and fostering a culture of consistency and improvement within the program.
Before entering collegiate coaching, Raza developed a strong background in competitive golf and instruction, which has informed his approach to mentoring student-athletes. Known for his attention to detail and ability to connect with players, he plays an important role in helping Oregon State golfers reach their potential both on and off the course. His contributions support the program’s ongoing pursuit of NCAA postseason appearances and individual accolades, while reinforcing the team’s commitment to excellence in both athletics and academics.
