Steven Ciocci is an assistant football coach at Fordham University in Bronx, New York, having joined the Rams' staff in February 2025 and set to oversee the offensive line in 2026.
Before arriving at Fordham, Ciocci spent six seasons on the staff at Bryant University, where he worked as offensive line coach, run game coordinator, and recruiting coordinator. His offensive lines were part of productive Bryant offenses across multiple seasons. In 2023, the Bulldogs averaged 383.9 yards per game, their third straight year above 350 yards per game, and ranked second in the conference while placing 34th nationally in sacks allowed at 1.55 per game. Jamichael Watts earned Big South-OVC second-team recognition that season. In 2022, Bryant set a school record with 429.0 yards of total offense per game and averaged 33.3 points, the second-highest mark in program history, with Watts again receiving all-conference honors.
