Steve Loeswick enters his fourth season as head coach of the Coastal Carolina volleyball program in 2026 after guiding the Chanticleers to sustained success in the Sun Belt Conference during his first three seasons at the helm. Since taking over the program as interim head coach 10 matches into the 2023 season following the unexpected retirement of longtime head coach Jozef Forman, Loeswick has compiled a 47-33 overall record and a 31-17 mark in Sun Belt Conference play. He was officially named head coach in January 2024 after leading Coastal Carolina to the 2023 Sun Belt Conference regular-season and tournament championships and the program's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 2017.
