Steve Bradley
Head Coach
Steve Bradley has served as the head coach of the University of South Florida men’s golf program since July 4, 2014, and has established himself as the most successful coach in program history. Under his leadership, the Bulls have become a perennial national contender, capturing six American Athletic Conference championships and earning seven consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances, including three trips to the NCAA Championships. Bradley guided USF to its highest-ever national finish in 2015, when the Bulls reached the NCAA Championship match play finals and placed sixth overall. A six-time AAC Coach of the Year, he has overseen teams that own the top five single-season win totals in program history and has led the Bulls to 20 tournament victories.
Bradley’s impact extends beyond team success to individual development, as his players have claimed multiple AAC individual titles, Player of the Year and Freshman of the Year honors, and All-America recognition. Prior to USF, Bradley was the head coach at Mercer University, where he led a dramatic program rise that culminated in a conference championship and the program’s first NCAA postseason appearance. He also served as an assistant coach at the University of Florida, contributing to SEC and NCAA Championship-level success. A former collegiate standout himself, Bradley played at Florida and Florida State and earned All-SEC honors. Known for building elite, consistent programs, Bradley continues to elevate USF men’s golf on the conference and national stages.
