Stephen Perretta is an assistant women's basketball coach at Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and joined the program in July 2024 as director of basketball operations. Entering the 2024-25 season, he was set for his fourth year on a Division I staff and was assigned to oversee practice logistics, scheduling, and team travel.
Before arriving at Drexel, Perretta spent one season at Iona, where he worked with the guards, handled scouting responsibilities, and served as recruiting coordinator while helping the program remain in compliance with NCAA rules. He previously began his college coaching career at FDU as a graduate assistant, contributing scouting reports, recruiting, and travel planning, then moved into an assistant coach role with duties that included organizing practice and lifting schedules and working with the guards.
