Stephen Galgano is the Director of Men's Basketball Operations at the University of Delaware in Newark, Delaware, and is in his third season in that position after a July 2024 promotion. He returned to Delaware in June 2023 as assistant director of men's basketball operations after previously serving the program as a four-year manager and graduating from the university in 2020.
Before rejoining Delaware, Galgano spent two seasons at Marshall as a graduate assistant with the men's basketball program, contributing to scouting and player development for a team that finished 24-8 in 2022-23. He also worked at Bryant from August 2020 to August 2021 as special assistant to the head coach, with responsibilities that included operations and video. Galgano earned his MBA from Marshall in April 2023.
