Stephen Andersen serves as Associate Head Coach for Boston University's Men's and Women's SWIMMING & DIVING program in Boston, Massachusetts.
Stephen Andersen has been promoted to associate head coach of the Boston University swimming & diving programs ahead of the 2026-27 season, which will be his fifth year on staff. Andersen has a proven track record of developing high-performing swimmers at all levels. He works primarily with the Terriers' distance and individual medley athletes while contributing to all aspects of the program, including recruiting, athlete development and team operations.
