Stephanie Juncker is the associate head coach for swimming and diving at the University of Louisville in Louisville, Kentucky, where she has worked since May 2014 and was promoted from assistant coach and women's recruiting coordinator to associate head coach in June 2021.
Since returning to her alma mater, Juncker has been part of one of the most successful stretches in program history for Louisville's men's and women's teams. In 2022-23, the Cardinal women finished fourth at the NCAA Championships to earn a team trophy, placed third at the ACC Championships, and produced eight First Team All-Americans. That season also included Gabi Albiero's selection to the USA Swimming National Team and Else Praasterink becoming the first Louisville women's diver to earn All-America honors. On the men's side, Louisville placed 13th at the NCAA Championships and third in the ACC, with conference titles from Abdelrahman Elaraby and Denis Petrashov and additional All-America recognition at the national meet.
