Sierra Lange is an assistant coach for George Washington softball in Washington, District of Columbia, returning to the program in late summer 2025 after two seasons as an assistant coach at Yale.
A former George Washington standout, Lange was one of the most accomplished players in program history and earned All-America honors as just the second player in school history to do so. A two-way player, she spent six years with the program and, after missing the shortened 2020 season because of injury, was named A-10 Pitcher of the Year in 2021 and 2022. She also earned three A-10 All-Conference First Team selections and was named to the conference's All-Rookie Team in 2018.
