Shaud Williams serves as Head Strength & Conditioning Coach (FB) for Mississippi State University's Football program in Starkville, Mississippi. Williams joins head coach Jeff Lebby’s staff after spending the last six seasons (2018-23) at Oregon as the top assistant strength and conditioning coach. Shaud Williams was named Mississippi State’s head strength and conditioning coach on December 4, 2023.
Williams played college football and baseball at Texas Tech and Alabama. A native of Andrews, Texas, Williams began his coaching career at his alma mater, Andrews High School, where he worked with the football, men’s basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball and women’s basketball teams.
