Shannon Colligan is an assistant coach for the Fordham University women's soccer program in Bronx, New York. After serving on the staff as volunteer director of operations and alumni and community outreach liaison, she was promoted to assistant coach in spring 2023.
During her time on the Fordham staff, the Rams posted a 10-5-4 record in 2024, finished in the top four of the conference, and earned the program's first home playoff game in more than 20 years. Fordham also recorded one of the best attacking seasons in program history that year, finishing with 37 assists, 36 goals, and 109 points. In 2025, the Rams reached the Atlantic 10 Championship semifinals for the first time since 2015, and the team produced three All-Atlantic 10 selections, one All-Rookie Team honoree, and two All-East Region picks.
