Sergey Meshcherskiy is the diving coach for Towson University's men's and women's swimming and diving program in Towson, Maryland, and is entering his second season in 2026-27. In his first year with the Tigers, he was named the CAA Men's and Women's Diving Coach of the Year after Towson won five diving medals, including three conference titles, at the CAA Championships. Shannon Parrau earned CAA Women's Diver of the Year honors, and Sam Tennell was recognized as the CAA Men's Diver of the Year.
Before joining Towson, Meshcherskiy was the owner and head coach of Alliance Diving, where he worked with elite junior athletes, including 2021 junior national champion Delany Hsu in the 3-meter and platform events. He also has international coaching experience, serving as a Team USA national team coach at the 2021 UANA Pan-American Junior Diving Championship and as a national team coach for the Kyrgyz Republic at the 2024 World Aquatics Junior Diving Championships.
