Serge Clement serves as Assistant Men's Basketball Coach for Le Moyne College's Men's Basketball program in Syracuse, New York.
Serge Clement enters his second season on the Le Moyne men’s basketball staff with more than 18 years of collegiate coaching experience, establishing himself as one of the rising defensive minds and player development coaches in Division I basketball. Serving as the Dolphins’ defensive coordinator, Clement helped engineer one of the nation’s most improved defenses during the 2025-26 season. Le Moyne made significant strides defensively across multiple analytical categories, including a jump from 361 st nationally in defensive efficiency in 2024-25 to 272 nd in 2025-26 (according to KenPom).
