Sarah Olivero
Assistant Coach
Sarah Olivero is an assistant coach for the Stevens Institute of Technology women’s basketball program, entering her second season on the Ducks’ staff in 2025–26. In that role, she supports the day-to-day operations of a competitive NCAA Division III program in Hoboken, New Jersey, working alongside the coaching staff to help student-athletes succeed on the court and in the classroom. As Stevens continues to build on its recent momentum, Olivero contributes to the behind-the-scenes preparation that powers consistent performance—helping create structure, accountability, and a positive team environment throughout the year.
Within a women’s basketball staff, an assistant coach’s responsibilities often span scouting and game planning, practice organization, film breakdown, player development sessions, and recruiting support. Olivero’s position places her in the rhythm of the season—from preseason preparation through conference play—while also providing continuity across training, academic schedules, and team culture. As she continues to grow in the role, her work centers on the details that shape team improvement: reinforcing skill habits, supporting communication between players and coaches, and helping maintain the standards that define the Stevens program.
