Sarah Mansfield-Lahl is the head field hockey coach at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, New Hampshire, a position she assumed on Feb. 27, 2026, when she became the fifth head coach in program history.
Mansfield-Lahl arrived at UNH after two seasons at the University of Connecticut, where she served as associate head coach and recruiting coordinator. At UConn, she oversaw the defense and goalkeeper training, developed scouting systems, and managed domestic and international recruiting. The Huskies won 29 games across the 2024 and 2025 seasons, captured the 2024 Big East championship, and reached the NCAA tournament in both years, advancing to the round of 16 in 2024 and the Elite Eight in 2025. During her return to her alma mater, UConn players earned major conference awards that included Big East honors for offense, midfield, freshman, and goalkeeper categories, along with NFHCA All-America and all-region recognition.
