Sarah Drury Petkovic is the chief of staff for the University of Louisville volleyball program in Louisville, Kentucky, a position she assumed in August 2025 after 14 years as the Cardinals' director of operations. In her current role, she oversees areas including student-athlete development, leadership development, alumni and donor relations, revenue sharing, and general manager responsibilities while working to strengthen the program's connections across Louisville and the broader volleyball community.
A Louisville native and University of Louisville alumna, Petkovic was a standout player for the Cardinals before joining the staff. She began her college career as a walk-on, later earned a scholarship, served as team captain, and became one of the program's top defensive players. She set the school's single-season digs record with 534 and the match record with 39 against Cincinnati, and earned All-Midwest Region and first-team All-Conference USA honors in 2002. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Management while also appearing on the Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
