Sage Pollack
Assistant Coach
Sage Pollack is an assistant coach with the Stevens Institute of Technology men’s and women’s swimming programs, entering her second season on the Ducks’ coaching staff during the 2025–26 campaign. In her role, Pollack assists with daily training sessions, athlete development, and meet preparation across both programs. Stevens competes at the NCAA Division III level, and Pollack contributes as part of a staff focused on competitive success and long-term athlete development within a strong academic environment.
Before beginning her collegiate coaching career, Pollack was a standout student-athlete at Canisius College, where she competed during the 2021–22 season. She was a two-time MAAC Champion and established program records in both the 50-yard freestyle (23.07) and 100-yard freestyle (51.19). During the 2021–22 campaign, Pollack earned 18 first-place finishes and set the Koessler Athletic Center pool records in both sprint freestyle events. Her success as a high-level collegiate sprinter and conference champion provides valuable competitive insight and technical expertise that she now applies in her coaching role at Stevens.
