Ryan Rinsky
Head Coach
Ryan Rinsky enters his eighth season as head coach of the Ramapo College baseball program, continuing the Roadrunners’ tradition of conference and national success. In 2025, Ramapo posted a 28–16 record and earned its 15th NCAA Tournament appearance while receiving national recognition in multiple top-25 polls. Several players garnered All-Region honors, reflecting the program’s sustained competitiveness under Rinsky’s leadership. In 2024, he guided the Roadrunners to their third NJAC Championship with a 4–0 tournament run, clinching the title with a 9–7 victory over Rowan and securing an automatic NCAA berth. Since taking over, Rinsky has led Ramapo to multiple NJAC Tournament appearances and maintained the program’s strong presence within one of Division III’s most competitive conferences.
A former four-year standout catcher for Ramapo (2013–16), Rinsky was instrumental in 119 team victories, including the 2015 NCAA New England Regional Championship, a 2016 NJAC Championship, and a trip to the 2015 NCAA Division III World Series. He earned NCAA New England All-Tournament Team honors and set program standards behind the plate with 815 putouts and 143 assists while throwing out 66 baserunners. After graduation, he signed a professional contract with the Florence Freedom of the Frontier League, playing three seasons. His combination of collegiate, championship-level, and professional experience continues to shape Ramapo’s competitive identity.
