Ryan Neill serves as Associate Head Coach for Oral Roberts University's Baseball program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. A member of the ORU Athletic Hall of Fame, Ryan Neill enters his 21st season on the ORU coaching staff and the 18th season that the former All-American has served in a full-time role. Neill has been a part of 18 conference championships as a player and a coach with the Golden Eagles.
Since becoming a full-time assistant in the summer of 2006, Neill has taken on the role of recruiting coordinator, while also serving as ORU’s bench coach, coaching the infielders and at third base on game day. During the 2023 season, Neill was named the Associate Head Coach. During Neill’s tenure overseeing ORU’s infielders, 30 infielders have earned All-Summit League and All-Southland Conference honors, and 11 have been selected in the Major League Baseball First-Year Player Draft. Under Neill's guidance, the Golden Eagles led the nation in fielding percentage (.984) in 2023 and shortstop Mac McCroskey was tabbed as the Summit League Defensive Player of the Year.
