Ryan McIntire serves as Diving Coach for East Carolina University's Women's Swimming & Diving program in Greenville, North Carolina.
Ryan McIntire was named the Pirates’ diving coach in April 2021 following a four-year stint as the head diving coach at Florida Atlantic University. In his fourth year with the Pirates, the Diving program continues to take steps forward, highlighted by Frida Zuniga becoming the program’s first diver to compete at the NCAA National Championship, and another conference record, this time on platform. Since his arrival McIntire has coached the most conference medalists, conference champions, and highest placing zone qualifiers in program history, and most Conference Diver of the Week honorees.
