Ryan Hess enters his 16th season on the Lehigh men’s soccer coaching staff and tenth season as Associate Head Coach in 2026. In 2025, Hess helped guide the Mountain Hawks to the number two seed in the Patriot League tournament, eventually hosting the championship game against Lafayette on November 15. Lehigh had six All-Patriot League honorees, including two first team selections in Thomas Robertson and Giacomo Zizza.
