Ryan Finck is in his second season as an offensive analyst for Boston College football in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts. He works with the program's young offensive linemen and arrived at Boston College after serving as offensive line coach at Virginia Union.
Before Virginia Union, Finck spent two seasons at Alabama as an assistant offensive line coach under Eric Wolford. Alabama went 23-4 during that period, won the 2022 Sugar Bowl against Kansas State, and reached the College Football Playoff in the 2023-24 season. The offensive line produced five All-SEC selections while he was on staff: Emil Ekiyor, Javion Cohen, and Tyler Steen in 2022, followed by JC Latham and Tyler Booker in 2023. Steen later went to the Philadelphia Eagles in the 2023 NFL Draft, and Latham was selected seventh overall by the Tennessee Titans in 2024.
