Rocco DiMeco is the co-defensive coordinator, special teams coordinator and linebackers coach for the University of Delaware football program in Newark, Delaware. He joined Delaware's staff in January 2023 as linebackers coach, added special teams coordinator duties in 2024 and took on the co-defensive coordinator title ahead of the 2026 season.
He was part of the Delaware staff that guided the program through its move to the FBS in 2025 and helped the Blue Hens win the 68 Ventures Bowl in their first season at that level, making Delaware only the second first-year FBS program to win a bowl game. Across his time at Delaware, players under his oversight have earned nine all-conference selections between the linebacker group and special teams. Linebacker Jackson Taylor also received All-America recognition and later earned a 2024 minicamp opportunity with the Kansas City Chiefs.
