Rob Jarvis serves as Assistant Coach for University of Arkansas's Men's Track and Field program in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Jarvis joined the Arkansas men’s program in the summer of 2024 from the University of Miami where he has coached with the Hurricanes from the 2017 season. Jarvis recently earned the 2024 USTFCCCA South Region Men’s Assistant Coach of the Year.
While with Miami, the Hurricanes claimed women’s conference championship team titles at the 2018 ACC Outdoor, 2019 ACC Indoor, and 2022 ACC Outdoor. Jarvis coached a pair of NCAA national champions in the pentathlon (Michelle Atherley, 2019) and triple jump (Russell Robinson, 2024) while accumulating 22 All-Americans and 12 ACC individual event champions. The 2024 season had the Miami men’s team producing its highest finish ever at the NCAA Outdoor Championships, placing 10th with 22 points. Of those points, 14 were supplied from the jumps and combined events coached by Jarvis.
